The European Clean Trucking Alliance (ECTA) is pleased to announce that Lidija
Peters, Decarbonisation Projects Lead and Business Relationship Manager at DFDS, has been elected as the spokesperson for a one-year term. Lidija, who has been a consistently vocal and engaged member of ECTA, will play a key role in leading ECTA’s efforts to promote zero-emissions trucking.

Thanks to her experience at DFDS and within ECTA, Lidija brings with her valuable expertise, positioning her as a strong advocate for real-world solutions with a commitment to carrying ECTA’s message forward:

“ECTA is a great forum to bring together relevant topics from practice and elevate them to discussions with policymakers and industry peers. As we move towards transforming our fleet to BEV, it is essential to create the right conditions and foster a deep understanding of the challenges we face, especially within political circles. What looks great on paper often turns out to be difficult to implement in practice” Lidija said.

Lidija takes over the function from previous spokesperson Kristin Kahl of Contargo after two successful and productive terms.

We wholeheartedly welcome and congratulate Lidija on her appointment as spokesperson and look forward to another year of advancing the clean trucking agenda in close collaboration.
